USING ekurservices.com

While using the ekurservices.com site, services, and tools, a User will not:
Post content or items of an inappropriate nature for a legitimate business to be conducted by Users of the Site as determined by ekurservices.com at its sole discretion;
Violate any laws, third party rights, or ekurservices.com policies;
Post false, inaccurate, misleading, defamatory, or libelous content (including personal information);

ACCOUNTS

To become a Member and access Site Services through the Site you must register for an "Account." You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information as prompted by the registration form and all forms you access on the Site, and to update this information to maintain its truthfulness, accuracy, and completeness.
You as a Member represent, warrant and agree to grant access to your Account to Users authorized to act on your behalf and only in accordance with this Agreement. USERNAMES AND PASSWORDS

When you as a Member register for an Account, you will be asked to choose a Username and Password for the Account.

CHARGEBACK AND DISPUTE

If you chargeback the Service, your cancellation will take effect immediately. After chargeback, you will not be able to receive your service and we may delete all information related to your order. Customer shall not be allowed to use the design and translation by any means. Continuing to use may result in legal action, persecution or both.
For as long as we continue to offer the Service, we will provide and seek to update, improve and expand the Service. As a result, we allow you to access the Service as it may exist and be available on any given day and have no other obligations, except as expressly stated in this Term. We may modify, replace, refuse access to, suspend or discontinue the Service, partially or entirely, or change and modify prices for all or part of the Services for you or for all our users at our sole discretion. All of these changes shall be effective upon their posting on our site or by direct communication to you unless otherwise noted. We further reserve the right to withhold, remove and or discard any Content available as part of your account, with or without notice if deemed by us to be contrary to this Term. For avoidance of doubt, we have no obligation to store, maintain or provide you a copy of any content that you or others provide when using the Service.
Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion and for any reason whatsoever, to reject, cancel or terminate, permanently or temporarily, your order for any Service offered by ekurservices.com, your agreement and/or your access to the ekurservices.com website, at any time and without prior notice except for Custom Design. You agree that Company shall not be liable to you or any third party for any rejection, cancellation or termination of your order, your agreement, your access your lifetime storage of design, or to the ekurservices.com website. In the event that Company rejects, cancels or terminates your Contract or your order for a reason other than your breach or non-performance under your Contract, Company will return any amounts prepaid by you relating to the rejected, canceled or terminated Contract or order.

DELIVERY AND ACCEPTANCE

The delivery time shall be subject to the related information listed on the website, and for special cases, the delivery time shall be subject to the negotiation between you and our staff.
Upon completion of Design in accordance with the terms, customers will receive an e-mail with the design. Customer can download the design and additional design formats. E-mail sent is considered acceptance, unless otherwise specified through communication with a representative at ekurservices.com. Customer’s design may be stored in our database for a period but not guaranteed.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Users acknowledge that ekurservices.com is a workplace to allow anyone to request and buy our services at any time, from anywhere.
ekurservices.com does not transfer legal ownership of items (e.g. designs and works) from the Provider to the customers. ekurservices.com is not liable for any loss of money, goodwill, or reputation, or any special, indirect, or consequential damages arising, directly or indirectly, out of the use of its site, or the inability to use its site.

INDEMNITY

You will indemnify and hold ekurservices harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of any breach of this Agreement, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

NOTICES

Except as explicitly stated otherwise, legal notices shall be served on ekurservices or to the email address a User provides to ekurservices during the registration process (in the case of notices to a User). Notice shall be deemed given 24 hours after an email is sent unless the sending party is notified that the email address is invalid. Alternatively, ekurservices may give legal notice by mail to the mailing address a User provides during the registration process. In such cases, notice shall be deemed given three days after the date of mailing.

PRIVACY

ekurservices does not sell or rent personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes without a User's explicit consent. ekurservices uses personal information only as described in the ekurservices Privacy Policy. ekurservices views the protection of Users' privacy as a very important community principle. A user can access and modify the information provided. ekurservices uses third parties to verify and certify its privacy principles. If you object to information being transferred or used in this way please do not use ekurservices' services.

REFUND POLICY

We allow customers to request refunds for services under reasonable conditions.
We may issue refunds under the following conditions:
1. Services not received: The services were not delivered to the customer within the scheduled delivery time. In this case, the customer can apply for a refund.
2. Repeat payment: The customer made repeated payments to one order. In this case, we can respect the customer's willingness to give a refund. We will refund one of the payments, or multiple payments (The premise is that the order is not delivered).
3. Sometimes we need your assistance to verify payment information. If you refuse it or do not respond to our request within 7 days, your order will be canceled and refunded immediately.
In the following cases, we can not refund customers:
1. Completed delivery: The services have been delivered to the customer as agreed and consistent with the description.
2. Unpaid Order: The customer is not allowed to apply for a refund for the unpaid order.
3. Services unsatisfied: If you are not satisfied about the product/service, please tell us about your requirement before the deadline of agreement. We are not responsible for any modification requirement after delivery.
4. For any reason other than the reasons listed above in "We may issue a refund under the following conditions".

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms Of Use and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the UK.
